Meet Your Coach
There are a lot of things that sets one coach apart from the other, least of which is the official training they have gone through to become a life coach. Every experience we have from the moment we are born, shapes and molds us into the people we are today. Each fall we take, and whether we get up and try again, or sit in the dirt crying, says a lot about who we are on the inside and where we will push ourselves as we grow. This page is dedicated to giving you some insight into who I am today.
Who Is Cheryl Frei?
Well, I am a vibrant 48 year old woman, married to a man who I think is hot hot hot! I have been with him for 26 years, we have 5 daughters all grown. I am very spiritual, and I passion for horses and a love of motorcycles. I like warm balmy weather and the sea. I love handmade quilts and pumpkin pie with whip cream. I am an entrepreneur. Today I work as an international life coach and speaker. I work with executives, entrepreneurs and independent contractors who are creative thinkers.
I am a lifelong student of coaching, continuing to learn and study. I want to provide you with freshness, and energy always. I love working with others and witnessing their growth, ah-haa moments, and sucesses!
